ETH/BTC was hovering around 0.02 until it dumped in the later half of 2016.
What is the ETH/BTC price today? 0.021
Meaning if you bought ETH rather than BTC you are pretty much even if you haven't sold during all that time.
And the trend is not your friend... again, look at the chart
