You guys actually think Jimmy would wanna play with this dude? You’d be getting the jimmy eye rolls by November and a trade demand by February

You finally get a few young players and you’re ready to ship them out the door and you wonder why you been a treadmill team since Bron left

Trust me jimmy and westbrook together won’t work

Focus on getting gallinari he’s a way better fit

I like Westbrook but I’d rather run it with this squad for now, Herro included. Westbrook is an all time talent but that contract is a lot. I’d rather have a ton of cap space next year or 21 plus have these young cats show out.

I believe in Bam and Justise’s improvements, I know Jimmy is good, and I trust our development squad. That plus max space can get us something.

Jimmy wanted to come to Miami regardless of what the pitch was. If he wanted the certainty of winning this coming up year he just would’ve resigned with Philly
If that's true, we damn sure shouldn't be going after Sabo. We're back in win now mode, so we're trying to get win now star talent.

Them kids are fun to watch. Who's the cat who finished that pick-n-roll at the end? Number 00.

I say let's do it. I'm tired of having these middle of the road teams who can't score for shyt. I'm trying to see us run teams out the gym again. And since we have the worst offensive coach in sports, we desperately need guys who can put up buckets. We're not winning shyt for the foreseeable future with this current team. Let's get crazy with it. There will be some drama, but at least it would be fun. Let's bring back showtime :myman:

So-Fla
Report: Miami Heat ‘Most Likely Landing Spot’ for Russell Westbrook - Heat Nation

“Westbrook has a massive contract, with four years and $170 million remaining. He also has a game built upon athleticism and will turn 31 in November. That combination, along with a strong personality, is why the prevailing opinion among insiders is that the

Miami Heat are the most likely landing spot.

“The mechanics of a trade with Miami will be difficult because the Heat are hard-capped. But the Heat signed another star this summer who is entering his 30s in Jimmy Butler, and they have a franchise ethos of always trying to be as competitive as possible. They also have pieces, including Goran Dragic’s $19 million expiring contract and forward Justise Winslow, that seem like reasonable building blocks in such a deal.”

We're in the wrong business, brehs :sadcam:

He also has a game built upon athleticism and will turn 31 in November.
This is why i'm reluctant to pull the trigger on Westbrook. At 31 his bullish athletic style of play may not last until that contract is up. Jimmy's contract is already gonna be an albatross that will barely get us in the playoffs in this Eastern conference. I'm not sure him and Russel and a gutted team take us to the ECFs at this point.
