Our team is loaded with ok players, we need to swing....A bust affects us the same as another "rotation" player. He's 6'5" with a 6'4" wingspan, that's not good size breh.

So if he's the next Wayne Ellington, what difference does that make to our team? How you gonna draft the dude with the lowest ceiling so far tonight?



Wayne is a better shooter. Herro is a ball handler, combo guard who happens to be a good shooter. Neither of the two have plus athleticism but I think Herro would be able to give you much more shot creation and is not a total liability on defense if you put him out there with Winslow, j rich, and whiteside

I dunno man, you said yourself, career bench player.

I want more out of a lottery pick. You get Langford or Porter Jr. and put em in the lab with Wade. See what happens, make or miss at least you took the shot.

Have they laid out a long term plan for the future yet? Right now they’re a cross between the 2008-14 hawks and 2012-18 magic.

Langford was an elite pick and roll player, one of the best finishers at the rim among guards, and a creative off the dribble scorer despite playing with an injured hand.

Herro looks like a 2K player with minimum wingspan. I have a bigger wingspan than fukking Tyler Herro.

I would have drafted Langford because of his upside. I think Herro can help you this year and next year while Langford should and will become the better player. This front office obviously values shooting more than one-on-one shot creation.

Porter isn’t even a consideration for me. Total project

Welp. It is what it is, brehs. A lot of you wanted the Porter kid but 6 picks 7 picks later Porter is still on the board. Teams may have a good reason for staying away from the kid.
I know he may still blow up but just saying :yeshrug:

Well he is a shooter and honestly with the length of winslow rich and airplane mode maybe we needed that. We got the combo players then we got the front court guys for at least now with whiteside still here so it filled a need and we know riley aint waiting for another project player.

Is that JR deal still a possibility to create capspace if butler wants to come here?
