I have like two completely different opinions of this show

on one hand, I had fun with it like I usually do.. on the other hand I didn't like it at all. I can't even explain how that makes sense. it was solid and ass at the same time somehow

Jus to go deeper, pause

if this was a regular RAW, I'd probably have no issues.. but because of the hype of Netflix and the big Rock return not really furthering anything, show left me feeling like umm...that's it?

cool main event tho, and solo is still my tribal chief

Rock low key killed the vibes for many with his weird happy go lucky executive shtick.

yeah, I noticed Cole over explaining literally everything about the show. the feuds, why Dom was being booed.. etc.

they were treating it like everyone was a first time viewer and I get that. its necessary... I get all that..

I don’t get the Rock coming out babyfacing it up and acting like last year never happened, that seemed like some Vince “no one remembers that shyt” type shyt, but it’s clear that’s the direction otherwise they wouldn’t be doing all this “high chief” shyt.

Also, cut this shyt down to 2.5 instead of 3.

- Opener and main event matches were great, the only matches I enjoyed throughout
- Too many ads and celeb spots in between, shyt was tiresome. Nearly 13 years later, I still hate the 3-hour format
- Rhea’s win was expected but boring. Kill this JD storyline please
- Jey and Drew Mac didn’t really click to me
- Bikertaker’s return with the Kid Rock theme in 2025 is trash, but the audience liked it I guess
- I’m :flabbynsick: and don’t listen to him but expected Travis Scott to perform… still better appearance than Wayne at WM though
- idk why they insist on pushing Hulk when he’s lost most of his Hulkamaniacs
- Cena promo was okay, more of the same
- hate that it seems Rock dropped his potentially GOAT character, the Final Boss. Maybe it’s a fakeout but not gonna work myself

to me that kinda just confirmed rock ain't doing shyt at mania

:francis:

he was really just out there as movie star/ pro wrestler Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and not WWE character "Final Boss" The Rock..

The Rock's promised involvement was probably a selling point to netflix coughing up that bread to be honest, so he was just fulfilling duties lol
