Real casual NJPW fan here so excuse my ignorance if im wrong about things.

My lil review

  • Why are Evil & Sanada a tag team? They both got main event potential.
  • Young Bucks phoned it in tonite. Its clear they ready to put their mental focus on running AEW.
  • "Guerrillas of Destiny" and The Hood Usos are very similar. Thats pretty cool. Bullet Club dead though.
  • I love "Cody" and his wife. They keep that vintage old school heel feeling alive for me. (Flair & Sherri WCW) too bad Cody in ring ability sucks in this era.
  • CJ Parker is over???? :wow:
  • Hope Kushida stays in NJPW. He's cruiserweight division filler if he comes to the E.
  • Okada is that dude. He reminds me of "The Rock" in 2000 but with a modern moveset.
  • This felt like Rock trying to give a forced rub to Billy Gunn like someone said earlier. Switchblade still not the wave but i see they have to try a new cac heel star with Kenny moving on
  • fukking old ass Jericho gotta have No-DQ and taunt fillers in his matches now to hide his flabbiness but he has a lifetime pass with the neckbeards. Naito deserved better.
  • Tanahashi had his "Wrestlemania 29" moment where the old legend had to just go over (Cena randomly winnin title) The match was cool but i guess this was done to put the title on a dependable franchise player till Switchblade looks credible enough to really beat him at WK 14.
  • Kenny Omega the new CM Punk. Hottest free agent out there. Vince keeps signing people but he the only one left. No one else compares (thats white)

Omega vs Tana was better to me than the Okada vs Kenny matches :manny:

Great damn match, wish Kenny would’ve sold the leg more and toned the v triggers but that's just a minor complaint :manny:

a$$hole Kenny is the best Kenny :ehh:

Switchblade is bland as hell, almost Cody levels of bland

Great seeing Okada again :obama:

3 year reign on deck :takedat:

Id like to see Ibushi win the strap off of Tana tho

Just finished watching. Lots of good matches. Seems like everyone on the card knows how to wrestle and is in good shape. The ospray and ibushi match was incredible and every match after was nearly as good. Like how every champion lost to a new person, like a changing of the guard type of thing. It's like they focused on combatants and not characters. Great ppv, which lately can't be said for another soon to be dead promotion. :francis:
