Yeah. If it was Naito instead of Omega I'll be pissed at Gedo, but Omega can take this L and not be a fukk up by booking.
Yeah we gonna save that for Naito losing next year :heh:
wtf is gedo..
One half of Gedo & Jado aka the Complete Players, a long time tag team in Japan, and now booker of NJPW since...actually @Jmare007 I don't have the exact time table on when he got the book. Was it 2010?

Nah on all three.

Cena’s formulaic kickout fests since he won the US title don’t stack up, Jericho’s character work is great but he’s never more than good in ring nowadays (the okay but non-remarkable match with AJ at ‘Mania as an example, compared to the two matches AJ had with a more able bodied Roman in the following months,) and on work alone no pairing of the New Day can be as good as American Alpha.

Nonsense.

Kenny’s been great for years, and is on a big run, but do keep in mind what AJ is doing with a significantly lesser crop of talent around him, and Kenny at best has equaled some of AJ’s best NJ work like the Dominion match with Okada and the G1 “semifinal” with Tanahashi, but has never in his career displayed the depth of versatility of the AJ/MiSU match.

Kenny’s amongst the best in the world and can still take the final leap, AJ is up at that 99th percentile with the best ever.
This is another thing indy/japan gets major passes for that wwe never does :francis:

The thrill of getting to make brand new Scott Norton gifs in 2017

Hopefully they keep him around for a tour or two and he gets to have one of those weirdly decent Tenzan/Nakanishi spot matches with someone who can make him look good. I don't need to see him trying to powerbomb Elgin, but maybe a junior.

Man Norton is a straight up badass. He wasted too much time hanging around buff bagwell...He was actually good hour 1 nitro guy in nWo b squad but damn that camera milking a$$hole bagwell fukked up every one of his matches.

Not from me breh. Another reason why Kenny isn't on AJ's level.

And to add onto that:

I do hope we are all aware a big reason why people will be so quick to call the WWE out for its mindless movefests is because since the dawn of the internet, that and something about vanilla midgets was the constant retort from WWE fans in regards to the indie and Japanese product as they didn’t watch it yet decided to slight it to feel better about placing trash on a pedestal.

So of course when WWE main events are a senseless, indietrash ripoff it’s going to be called on it. WWE fans set those parameters themselves. Indie and Japanese fans never had an issue with calling a spotfest a spotfest and enjoying it for what it is.

And of course, the WWE tends to be bad at this due to sheer lack of tiered finishes, or call-back spots, so there isn’t even a story thread between their spots. Just repetition.

And you can't tell me that's an issue on the indies or in Japan.
