Naito finally got his.
But... since we getting KENTA gooning it up for the big belt, can we get him back to this theme?
You've gotta trust the process of G Diddy. Lowkey, I think Okada and Kenny forced them to cool off Naito more than intended. Despite that, he got his win and love from the fans a year later than I predicted.
Couldn't even get streamers for the first dual champ.
The problem with delaying stuff so much is that you end up clogging up the scene for others. Ibushi was the one with all of the momentum this year, Naito had a completely aimless 2019 (9-7 in singles matches for fukks sakes ) but he got a mega push for this one huge moment.
Him finally winning is of course awesome and a great moment. But let's not do revisionist history on this decision. You yourself stopped watching
