There is a difference between reading a simple algebraic proof and understanding the deeper mathematical structures that allow them to happen. Most people don't know anything about the philosophy of mathematics, stop trying to **** on a dude because he asks a questions. The truth is that this concept being presented is thousands of years old, the geometric conceptualizing of this premises can date back to the 2500 years ago, and the proof and theory behind this is several hundred years old.

if you're interpreting this thread as "hey...i think mathematics is fundamentally flawed" instead of "hey...take a second and really think about this", it's on you.
just because something can be demonstrated algebraically doesn't mean it makes sense conceptually. why else are there a number of more thorough/advanced proofs related to this?
