Almas and Gargano can both be stars on the main roster. They both have an IT factor 
these twitter people don't understand that sometimes people don't need to be champ to be over. Like Bruce said before, the title is just a prop (sometimes). Gargano doesn't need it. Almas needs it to make his matches matter for something. Gargano's always going to carry that underdog shyt, so he doesn't need belts as long as he put on great matches like that and he's up against bigger guys.
