I haven't watched anything NXT since Houston and I continued to be amazed by how well done these shows are without having watched a damn thing in 2 months. Last Takeover I sped through the shows from Brooklyn to Houston to get a sense of what was going on. Didn't bother to this time and shyt these shows are great.

With no build up I can enjoy an NXT show more than any RAW or SD these days as I usually fast forward through everything. Shame.

That's something right there I kinda wanted to touch on () earlier but passed out before I could.

NXT PPVs have hit that New Japan level where you don't have to keep up with the product to be entertained by the matches. The little vignettes are more than enough. You watch cause you know you're gonna be entertained regardless of who wins or not.

Cole vs Black would be match of the night on any other takeover, but Gargano vs Almas was damn near perfect. For sure will be a MOTY candidate. It’s leading the race in my opinion
