Velveteen has a character though and he's comfortable talking. Almas, Shinsinke, Roode, and Finn rode the wave of hype and their NXT runs weren't even that great IMO. I called Bayley being better off in NXT myself. I think Patrick can go as far as Vince's opinion of him similarly to Elias except moreso because Clark has marks on his side already.

Not gonna happen
Bray has a great character too, Broken Matt, Sasha
And some of the better callups who can talk and have character are still put in boring ass stale programs week in and week out (Owens, Bliss)

Velveteen is gonna be put in some bullshyt feud that doesn't come close to anything in entertainment value he's done in NXT while Cole spews some corny tagline every week along with vague descriptions of his character (This young man is mysterious! eccentric!), and we don't actually get any real character development through storytelling and compelling rivalries

The main roster product is just safe, un-inspired, and stale and it's been that way for 10+ years. People need to stop complaining about it like they're not up on game and just appreciate it for what it is
