Man, I really thought Alvarado should win this fight, but he had one of the worst media workout days ever.

I am so shoulder shrugs about this fight simply, because both guys appear to be essentially done.

Rios looks as though his weight is out of control and he is focused on the sport , but that "retirement word" is scary.

Meanwhile, Mike Alvarado has not seemed to look like a guy who believes he can win a round in a boxing match since round 4 versus Ruslan.

well they usually say past prime fighters have that one last great fight in them..although it sad to say that to both of these cats

Im not getting my hopes up, but I got a good feeling about this one. I just hope that both guys can get some decent fights after this bout.

I totally agree. Lois Callazo was a decent win, but this fukkin guy lost to gay ass Ortiz and JESUS SOTO KARASS. Soto Karass has THE WORST footwork I've ever seen from a professional boxer. Berto had to simply land body shots and dip out early on in that fight...SK was NOT chasing him down. Wear him down early, and that solid dome nugget SK has woulda got beaten easily.

This is an interesting fight and frankly, i think Lopez has fought better competition but has looked equally retarded in the ring.
