Dude was obviously coming off a cycle or micro dosing. This explains alot.

The only question I have is what his T/E ratio was for the atypical. Everyone else popping dirty has been adverse meaning there was some shyt that's not natural in them. 1 to 1 is normal but for athletes they can have up to 4 to 1 ratio per the rules. If he's just high up in the threshold then it's really a non factor
