Intergender wrestling for the women should really be predicated on a submission-heavy style, with some join manipulation thrown in. Some flying, maybe. Mostly avoidance.

I watched that ho take forearms to her chest for the first 5 minutes of this match and she just fine? She shouldn't be winning matches with some big strike. She needs to tie a motherfukker in a knot. I haven't seen many women knock out a dude in real life, but I've watched a good few women put a nikka to sleep with a RNC.
