Don't get me wrong I love Budden and like Ortiz....but am indifferent towards Crooked and think Royce is borderline garbage and definitely garbage when attempting to be a punchline rapper.....but I can't even bring myself to listen to this album.

It's like the definition of lyricism changed drastically or something. All of these dudes have their moments of downright terrible punchlines that make you want to bop them upside the head with a sock full of lugnuts, but Royce and Crooked really stand out. They're like a throwback to the random punchline cornballs who would pop up on Stretch and Bob back in the day and you'd edit them off your tape in the morning when you played the show for your friends. Them nikkas' punchlines are the lyrical equivalent of Southpole gear.

hopefully this is the end of the Slaughterhouse project, it's been a total failure up to this point. their sound is just corny and forced

these guys made much better music individually.

The funny and ironic thing about this statement is that both D-12's albums simultaneously had better pop sounding beats and more "grimey" production beats than this album does.

D12 had better production and better songs, better singles.

I think the difference is... Eminem was in D12 and even if the other nikkas were wack, we all knew he would bless us with some dope shyt.

With Slaughterhouse, it's like these nikkas are trying too hard to go over the top and say some emo crazy shyt like Eminem... all they had to do was just stick to the material from their debut album and just pick better beats and it would have been much better. But nah, these dudes drop some pop corny shyt left and right on here... it's pathetic

:stopitslime: Stop riding off the next man's opinion, this album is not trash or garbage
If you believe so, you just skimmed through the album or actually read these fakkit ass hate posts and took it to the heart

Honestly, you people typed up 24 pages and posts the length of essays... hating on this album. Where was that for the decent mixtape? :snoop: I'm disgusted

What can they do? Those beats were the type of beats Eminem been rapping on the past 10 years. Hammer Dance easily the best track on the record, why wasn't Coming Home on the album. This album should have been more grimey, especially with Budden & Ortiz on deck.

aight, gave it a quick run and while i'm def not excited about it as i wanted to be, it's not horrible, then again, especially after a dope ass tape, a 3 mic album is a disappointment

assylum is prolly my favorite joint so far, i'ma just make a mix of the tape and the album and rock with it...and i'm still gonna be the CD, because i'm a stan like that, but if they hadn't dropped the tape they wouldn't be seeing any of my money this time around
