They run the risk of Punk chants fukking up the vibe if they hold off on it til the end of the night.
But they also risk the crowd reactions peaking at the beginning of the show if he comes out first.
The whole vibe of tonight's show is Punk's return to wrestling, so there is no vibe to fukk up with continuous chants. You want those chants the moment they go on air, and you want them to last every segment, through every match, make the people watching feel like this is bigger than anything else happening on the show (and it is). You have a guaranteed bait to keep viewers tuned into your show until the very end, if you save him for last. Take that opportunity and take those ratings.
