I like how the internet is pretending that...

A: Hardy didn't pin this guy with feet on the ropes... aka a fluke

and B: the endgame in this isn't gonna be Jeff gettin choked TF out...
Nope..something is wrong..undefeated the whole time in nxt to get beat in under 2 minutes? Complete opposite of Rhea being protected in the main event.

Vince and his boys reminding these KKKliq fakkits that they're never gonna run the company :wow:

On last night’s episode of Raw, the undefeated NXT Champion Karrion Kross made his main roster debut, and immediately lost in a couple of minutes to Jeff Hardy.

Unsurprisingly, fans have slammed this piece of baffling booking, with many asking why on earth you would have your NXT Champion lose their first match to a midcard guy in such an uninspiring way.

According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select’s Raw review, he received a text from an NXT source which said Kross’ lost “felt like a message being sent” to NXT directly from Vince McMahon.

Sapp added that he thinks Vince “does not give a damn about NXT”, so this kind of booking may come as no surprise to a lot of people within WWE. We’d like to make it clear that this is just what Sapp has heard from a source.

It was also noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Charlotte’s run with the NXT Women’s Championship appears to have been removed from her title reigns tally, as she was called an 11-time champion, rather than a 12-time champion which would include the NXT title.

It isn’t clear what WWE has in store for Kross on the main roster, but let’s all hope it’s more than what we saw this week

Here is how Bobby got his cheek scar. I know I mentioned it in this thread. It's time stamped. It happens when he trips.

So you gonna ignore that it was a fluke win and Jeff probably gets fukked up big time next week... ok...

:picard: you one of those, huh?

:mjcry: I was one too. Nah Karen fukked. you don't do the NXT champ like that. I'm sorry. especially one that looks that generic took away his dime piece, and was the one who ran through everyone in NXT with ease more so that Kevin Owens did.

You right.

An undefeated streak is often an anchor around a characters neck. They rarely work out for the character if dragged too long.

Unless they’ve got some REALLY strong writing for when/how and why they lose the first one.

First impressions are very important though. Especially when they move these guys from
NXT

The loss was not an issue in my view, Jeff Hardy cheating to win gives Kross has all kinds of incentives to be pissed off.

the fact they stripped away just about everything that made him special and sent him out there like “good luck kid” is the problem.

Had he had his entrance, bells and whistles and Jeff gets the surprise drop on him I dont think we’re even discussing it because it could be chalked up to over confidence in thinking he’d buzz saw the main roster like he’s doing NXT
Yes I agree about the entrance part . I’m hoping they look to make him look great at summerslam with scarlet and everything. If not he gonna be in trouble . Kross needs to wrestle better tho which is my biggest concern for him . He looks like he should wrestle like joe but he is kinda weak offensively

If by "one of them", you mean people who don't think losing a match is the end if the world... yes. Yes, I'm one of them...

Especially while watching a show with John Cena, Drew McIntyre, Jinder Mahal, Bobby Lashley, Nikki Cross, etc. on it... cause all these MFs have definitely done some jobs in their day. And guess what? They survived... shyt, people thought Drew was gettin buried two years ago, now they tired of seein him win. Kross either gonna sink or swim, itll go one way or the other... but if you think a fluke roll-up with feet on the ropes just means his career is fukked and he'll never recover... yall been watchin this shyt for way too long to not know better than that.

My final post before I return for Summerslam

From NoDQ
The July 19th 2021 edition of WWE RAW, which was the first episode of RAW with paying fans in attendnace since March 9th 2020, drew 1.923 million viewers with an 0.57 rating in the 18-49 demo. This was the highest total viewership for RAW since the night after Wrestlemania 37.

Last week’s RAW, which was the final episode at the Thunderdome, drew 1.609 million viewers with an 0.43 rating in the 18-49 demo.
Get ready to see Smackdown get pillaged once again in the draft, because RAW couldn't even get to 2mil with the return of Cena & fans. Meanwhile Smackdown's final rating was 2.3mil.:wow:

Cena was cool, his promo was what I thought it would be

I liked how they introduced Goldberg, it was nice to see a champ not scared of him especially at this age

The kross thing was mishandled in my opinion. Yes Jeff should have gotten in some offense,
Yes he should have made Kross earn the win
But Hell No Jeff should not have won
On top of taking his girl away which was probably a mutual decision but they could have atleast tried to make his entrance special. this is exactly what they did wrong with kieth Lee. His entrance is so generic that when his music hit I had no idea who was coming out
Entrance music is too important to your character for WWE to continue to act like it’s not a big deal.

I guess the women title shyt was decent, I just don’t understand the ASH bullshyt, it’s super corny to me and I don’t know why this was the gimmick to give her a push. The whole thing has gone over my head. But atleast the execution was different from what they normally do with cash ins.
