Show was very good the MITB matches delivered. I would've preferred Cody and DB get the cases but :manny: Looks like DB and Axel will feud for the IC title which I don't mind although I'm sure a few of you will see it as a demotion of Bryan. Let's be real a Rumble win to earn his shot is better than winning the briefcase. Special mention to Cesaro and Ambrose but an excellent effort all around in the SD MITB.

Hate that they made Henry tap to that bullshyt STF but he wasn't winning any way. Heyman screwing Punk was expected so no surprise there.

Bryan has momentum, yes, but this is a key time for him in terms of going up a level as a star. It seems short-sighted to me to brush off him (possibly) not getting an opportunity at a big match just because he has momentum. Momentum can be killed dead just as quickly as it builds.

We haven't all forgotten the case of Ryback, right? Or (ironically) Orton at the beginning of 2009?

Yeah, you're right!! But nevertheless Bryan didn't need the briefcase.

Christian is a 40 year old midcarder on the tail end of his career with zero momentum. In no world did he need to win that match more than Bryan.

:jadawtf: Seriously, what the fukk is everyone's obsession with Christian? It's not 2011 anymore.

Storyline wise he makes the most sense to win :manny: He is the one that needs it the most.

:what:

Christian doesn't HAVE a storyline. Or momentum. He's midcard filler and nothing but at this point.

And he doesn't need it because 1. He's 40 and 2. He's not that over. Nothing in storyline or in his crowd reaction necessitated him winning the briefcase over the hottest act in the company.

Well yeah we figured that out tonight with the Philly crowd lol Oh well,Orton cashing in and turning heel in the process should be what they do at this point.

Give me the run down brehs I'm just getting in. :noah:

daps and reps will be given

Same here:noah:

Rollins/Reigns beat the Usos in what was apparently a great pre-show match (not surprised if true).

Sandow won the WHC MITB after pushing Cody off of the ladder. Recommended watch here; lots of creative spots and Cody looked fantastic.

Curtis Axel beat The Miz in a nothing match to retain the IC Belt.

AJ beat Kaitlyn to retain the Divas belt. Not as good as the Payback match.

Ryback beat Chris Jericho via rollup. NOT a typo. :snoop: Match was tedious save the last couple of minutes, in my opinion.

Dolph got DQed after AJ interfered as Del Rio was getting ready to knee Dolph in the head with his exposed knee brace. Match was pretty good, though not as good as the match they had at Payback. Afterward, Dolph walked out on AJ.

Cena beat Henry via submission (:snoop:) in a typical "Cena can't lift the big guy; overcomes the odds" match.

Randy Orton won the WWE MITB after RKOing RVD off the ladder. Big story from this was Heyman turning on Punk after Curtis Axel took Bryan out of the match and Punk GTSed him in retaliation. Heyman bytched Axel out then slammed a ladder into Punk as he was climbing to get the briefcase. Worth watching for that alone, although the match as a whole was good.

Very good show that featured some dissapointing finishes.

The ending to the main event was good, but can't help but feel the wrong guy won. Bryan vs. Axel is a big waste of time, but i guess they're doing everything possible to get Axel over.

Good to see Randy get some shine again, just hate that Bryan's getting what seems to be pushed back
