Sometime in the future they gotta finally give us this Danielson vs ZSJ match.

I don’t care if it’s in AEW, NJPW (in Japan) or the UK.

Too many people sleep on how dope he is and;

You're screen name made me think you'd agree. Which is why it was a bad example for the breh that brought him into the discussion. Bryan is the best wrestler this century. And he's been that for a good 15 years. Aj been right behind him. Comparing Garcia and Yuta to them is laughable atm

I only have two wrestling DVDs (well of live events that is). One of them is the first ROH show where he was in the main event for the title with Christopher Daniels and Low Ki.

I've been saying every since the Forbidden Door PPV was announced that they need to do Dragon vs. Sabra to crown the Best Technical Wrestler. Make it an official title with a belt and have it defended once a year between the top technical guys in AEW, ROH, Impact, and NJPW. Make it like a double elimination deal or something until the winner is declared. Once a year because you want to keep it prestigious, not bouncing around from promo to promo several times a year.

I didn’t know anything about him until a few years ago when I first was introduced to the G1

And that’s why I to a degree think storylines, angle and promos are a little overrated.

It’s kinda lame how we in the states sometimes view or enjoy wrestling.

I probably saw about 10 of his matches (with no context or angles till I heard a word from him)

One of his matches where he literally tied Juice up in a knot was eye opening. He made that dude tap a submission that I can’t even describe and you will never see again. It felt organic and like something you’d see in MMA

That's too good an idea unfortunately. We just saw how TK threw the O1 tourney out there. But this could be dope.

I used to love the World X Cup when they cared about it. I became a big fan of Speed Muscle (Yoshino and Doi) from Dragon Gate from seeing them in RoH and the X Cup. Still one of my fav tag teams of all time.

Rumor is Okada vs Hangman I mean, I don't mind it, but unless Bryan is going to be in a future G1, the time to make that match-up is NOW.

MJF gets his heat back, but what about Wardlow? Kind of an afterthought now.

The promo was fire, but this right here is the only issue with it. They should have allowed the result of MJF/Wardlow to breathe for a week or two so Wardlow could keep the momentum going. It's not like this kind of promo could have only been cut last night. It could have been saved for a couple weeks without it losing relevancy.

My thinking is that one company gets the responsibility of hosting it each year (maybe make AEW/ROH count as one since TK owns both).

Throw a swerve in here though. Whichever company is hosting it gets to invite ONE handpicked guy from the indies they want to add to the tournament. Would be a real resume builder to be able to say they were the handpicked guy from all of the indies.
