Yeah...that was pretty flat.
I think he's suffering from a lack of a legit foil. He had someone good to work off of in the chase because he had a legit heel like Jericho to raise stakes with an actual angle (the eye) and make the audience give a fukk.
No one else seems like a threat or interesting foil, so he's just storming around treading water until he predictably drops Brodie at the PPV.
