Because this makes his handling of Shida’s reign and the division at large look a bit worse in hindsight.

The Bucks, as much as I get on them for wrestling the same match, circumstances be damned, make sure the tag title scene always looks A1. There has yet to be a Tag Team match that looked flagrantly terrible and they constantly get time on the show in one way or another. Can Kenny not do the same with the women? If he can do this, he can at least be consistent with they’re presence and booking throughout

Maybe, maybe not.... but as many have addressed over the last few weeks (no not me but a few other posters)

A lot of this shyt falls into the “oh well my fav wrestler or the person I wanted to win didn’t win so therefore automatically this sucks”


Some things have been bad, some have been good. But a lot of the shyt going on just been in the middle or “alright” but niccas over hating shyt like it’s the worst thing in the world where it can easily be contested.

Also, Shida been booked like she should a champ. I’ll try not to throw stones but I have to leave it at this..... it’s more of a problem when your champ has more losses on her record than wins

I’m not saying she shouldn’t rack up wins, or even that Kenny doesn’t have a few “ah-hah!” Moments like the Big Swole/Britt feud. I’m saying Kenny has to do better by them as booker all around. There’s no reason the women’s division should feel stagnant

Fair enough.... I guess I still come from that OLD SCHOOL.

I remember early WWF and WCW you would never seen champs Flair, Hogan, Bret, Vader, or etc even wrestle unless you went to a house show or ordered a PPV.

Its like that made their appearance more special and hype.

I think the biggest mistake the biz did was start to every week have the champ on tv defending a match. For one most of the times you know they gonna win, cuz they try not to do too many title changes on free tv and secondly over exposure.

Now granted AEW is new and don’t have a lot of PPVs so I guess they could find a little more balance till they can fill up the year. I can acknowledge that

But the champs appearance should feel special and not some “oh there goes the champ again in another match this week” shyt.

We got that feeling back with Brock and Goldberg. Thought it was dope that they never really wrestled on tv

I'm kinda surprised Thunder Rosa won. Thought Britt would be taking the belt off Shida soon.

I like Thunder Rosa better though, she'd be an awesome champion.
