I think the buildup between Rock/Reigns may be better than a Cody/Reigns II buildup. Depending on how much Rock is there, and whether or not they’re going to get the family involved (Rikishi, Uso’s, maybe dude who just became a free agent, Sami Zayne for fukkery etc). I hope we at least get another memorable tribal segment. The bloodline storyline would be popping again if they did that. It’s been stale for awhile now.
I agree. He was gassed when he did the segment with Jinder. But he would probably be even worse the longer they wait for this match. Rock LOOKS ready to go. But once he’s in that ring I doubt the actual match will be great. But I’m sure the WWE sees it as “if you can book Rock/Reigns, then book Rock/Reigns, it supersedes anything that was in the plans for the main event”.That nikka blew up giving a people’s elbow the other week…no way can his ass do a passable 20-30 minute match now…
