The main characters are too polarizing for a prequel to work.

Its weird. I couldnt get into The Sopranos but I loved Boardwalk Empire.

It being set in the 60s and 70s will make me watch this prequel though.

Son, you really f*cking disappointed me.

I loved Boardwalk Empire but they f*cked up for the finale season which is ruined but still good....actually I blame on HBO for tell them to wrap it up. The Sopranos is way f*cking better than Boardwalk Empure....far better.

I think you deserve to get negged if you couldn't get into The Sopranous wtf is matter with you? You really missed out on The Sopranos.

The whole thing about the Wire is that everything is cyclical. In a way Seasons 3-5 are a prequel for seasons 1 and 2. What else interesting could they show us? String and Avon taking over blocks? We saw that with Marlo. How Bubbles becomes a junkie? We saw that with DuQuan. How Omar becomes a super gangster? Michael. How Daniels becomes a good cop? We saw that with Carver.

i thought johnny way overacted, and junior was whatever but nothin impressive

For the record I tried watching it years ago. It was cool

I've seen the finale, I've seen episodes here and there.

However, with Boardwalk (those first few seasons) I was instantly hooked.

I'm sure The Sopranos is dope. However, I didnt feel the "need" to watch it....yet.

You're acting like they have a lot of screen plays. . They're perfect casted for playing them characters, imo. These flashblacks scenes drag me into Johnny Boy and Young Uncle Junior. IMO, I think it would have worked for miniseries with the same actors,.. You want different actors to play Johnny Boy and Young Uncle Junior for the whole seasons like 6 seasons.....I believe it would be failed.







You guys make me gonna watch the Sopranos again. RIP James aka Tony.
