Paula Patton wants son to get blacker
Actress Paula Patton, born to a Caucasian mother and African American father, is holding out hopes that her 1-year-old son will soon start to take after her in the looks department.

Julian Fuego, Paula’s son with husband Robin Thicke, is “walking and everything” and much to his mother’s chagrin looks just like his father. “He’s blond, he has blue eyes. It’s crazy,” she says. “Everybody’s like, did you have anything to do with this? They think we like adopted a Russian child.”

“Blackness takes time,” Paula jokingly explains. “A tan is coming in, the hair’s curlier, I’m telling you.”

Chelsea comments that when mothers don’t look like their children people sometimes mistake them for the nanny. “They absolutely do!” Paul replies. “I’ve threatened to put baby oil on him and put him out in the sun,” she jokes. “I know, child services is calling me right now.”

I think Paula's little WHITE boy is cute. Paula only said this to pander to Black people because we are her target audience since she's usually in movies with a predominately Black cast.

Maybe she'll raise them around Deondre Whitfield's and Nick Cannon's kids to try to convince them they're not uncommon amongst black people.

Halle and Zoe don't mess with Black people outside of work or business opportunities, so I doubt that will happen....Dondre's and Nick's kids are with two mixed women, not two people with no recent Black heritage. Sally's mother is Black and she seems like she doesn't suffer from special snowflake syndrome.

That's my point. She'll show them or bring up outliers like that to defend her kids' "blackness".
I've seen people irl get defensive and throw out every lighter/admixed black person they can think of if someone says their mixed kid isn't (or they themselves aren't) black.

Be Biracial and have kids with full blown white men, then complain when people think you're the babysitter because your kids aint darker skinned brehettes...
