It's amazing how idiots on here and cesspools like reddit and realplantationowners have the audacity to call Dave Griffin a bad GM... and in the same breath turn around and suggest idiocy like "The Pels should trade Ingram for 30 year old CJ McCollum" or "They should throw away their first round pick for the rights to take Al Poorford's albatross CaUsE hE fITs BeTtEr" :unimpressed:. If Ingram is going OUT it's because Luka, Giannis, Tatum, maybe KAT is coming back IN. No one with a functioning brain trades a 24 year old all-star wing shooting near 50/40/90 for a 30 year old one way sieve 6'2 guard who ain't ever sniffed an all-star team. The idea that you'd do so "Because Ingram is a chucker" is hilarious considering CJ takes even more shots per game than BI does. :unimpressed: Please just shut the fukk up and let us build this team the right way. :camby:Zion has more wins in his first ~60 games than AD, Curry, Bron, KD did... we don't need to do any of your dumbfukk suggestions. Just sit your dumb asses down and just enjoy greatness as it develops...:blessed:

BI needs to understand that he’s not Option 1 then
I honestly don't think BI cares like that, he was just forced into an aggressive role early in his career and its just stuck. His shooting splits are pretty efficient for someone with his volume. Im guessing your gripe is the fact that he likes to ISO in late games too much. That is a slight problem when it isn't working, but alot of times coach is putting him up to it. If the coach calling plays for you in the 4th and you're star caliber player you cant really defer in that situation. :yeshrug:

I'm just saying, you have a generational talent in zion and an elite all-star wing in ingram...make that shyt work. A trade should be the last resort.

I can rock with it, but damn bro has blown enough games this year to say they could be a 6th seed right now. 14 losses after leading by double figures. Ingram went iso mode in awful manners in 4-6 games for sure.

Dawg Zion is literally shooting like 80% in the last 2 minutes of games and still gotta deal with iso Ingram. Ingram is shooting 29%, one of the worse in the league in crunch time.

His game is effective as fukk and he can get buckets so he is definitely valuable, but he has already peaked imo, he is at his peak right now. Good ass player but meh.

BI is struggling to adjust to the new pecking order, he's a young player so I'll give him time to adjust. But it's also precisely because he's a young player that I doubt he's ever going to truly accept that this is Zion's team. There's no doubt in my mind Griffin was saying this is BI's team the same way he kept saying it was Jrue's team last year. Griff can't help but put his foot in his mouth and truth be told I can't think of another situation where a young All-Star player made to believe a team was his ever gave up the reins to an even younger player.

I think the most likely scenario is a trade, but again, I'm willing to give BI time to adjust to his new reality that he is Robin, not Batman.

The last game around 50 seconds, they were up like 3, BI waived Zion off AGAIN while he had a mismatch at the top of the key. I believe he turned it over that possession also.

I think It’s unfair to say he’s peaked already, he’s super talented in his own right... can’t say he’s reached his ceiling ..and in theory his skill set would be super valuable as a shot maker in those type of settings especially in the playoffs, they’d have to nail the trade...

We're not going to act like BI is an untouchable when it's a fair question to ask if he even makes another all star game with the Pelicans :yeshrug:

If he falls in line then, cool, the discussion is over. But if he can't or won't fall behind Zion, he's gotta go :yeshrug:
