what version of kemp were you watching Kemp circa 93-96 was a dominant player. even his first year in cleveland. After that lockout he ate himself out the league. Those seattle teams were offensively balanced so he wasn't going to get 30+ a night.

He averaged 20ppg one time in his career. I was old enough to know Kemp was good, but Amare was also a much better player. Y'all are nostalgic with Kemp, he was never top 10 in the league or top 5 at his position. Kemp was a good player at best, no where close to a great player

Amare played in a 7 SOL (Second or Less) offense with Dantoni and nash as his PG. This isn't comparable to Kemp playing in a slower paced era where they didn't have the number of possessions per game phoenix had. Go watch the 96 finals. Kemp was dominant against dennis (i'm a bulls fan) but kemp was eating his lunch all series
