Truthfully, all of it because I don't have any knowledge about any of the other slave trades. I knew some of them existed but I wanted to know detail. I heard about irish slaves in Jamaica and I knew of some white slavery but I wasn't knowledgeable about the duration of all those slave trades. I didn't realize people were enslaved for 1,000s of years.

Anything you can give me would be good. Names of respected Authors, Book Titles...anything.

Here's a good book about African History by a Howard Professor. Really good stuff:
