Up to 450 a month you from the south or something? Why not buy a house in its entirety, pay up to 450 a month, flip it and sell it for more?
To answer your question, upkeep and liability

I would own both places... One for when I'm working one for when I take time off... There are plenty of rich people who have two places and commute back and forth country to country...
But that would be more money than just owning the Las Vegas trailer
Universal rule is once the mortgage is paid off or the house is bought, all he has to pay for is the water bill, gas (if it's on the bill) and electricity. All of that is cheaper than 950. Throw in cable and internet and it's still cheaper. Essentially, he's paying more for a smaller space.Up to 450 a month you from the south or something?

Its not like he's broke... I mean he can buy a small cottege in fiji for 100K and use that as a resting spot, no property taxes on it at all, just water, electricity and heat... then use the small vegas trailer as his business spot.
I would do that where i would keep home base in nyc and in the winter time head back to fiji... I've seen tons of wealthy people have multiple homes and shyt but they have these houses where they don't pay any taxes on it... its company property.
But his goal is to be frugal so owning multiple properties in multiple countries, even if he doesn't pay property taxes on one, is not going to be cheap

You ever been to Fiji? Been entertaining moving there.

He's saving at least 500 a month buying a house and then selling it will give him possibly more than he initially paid for it.
Earth. Owning a house is cheaper than renting a trailer.$450 a month for a house? On what planet?
And this is how you stay rich ladies and gentlemen, not blowing your money on stupid shyt you can't really afford.
He does have a pot to piss in.But..........he can afford it.
nikkas gonna run up in here and try to be deep with it but in my mind he just a cheap bastid. So he's not using any of his money to enhance his lifestyle at all...what does he drive? How does he fly?
A man can live frugal but with that kind of money ain't no real justification for living like a dude who ain't got a pot to piss in.
He said he more interested in experiences than materials hence the trailer. The zoo he live too and his neighbor provide him more value than a apartment.nah this is wayyy too extreme.....
im all for not living above your means.....
but that is just bullshyt............................
why pay 950 month for some small azz trailer ...when he could have gotten cozy one bedroom apartment for 950
a lot of these super rich are notoriously frugal. this dude is just taking it to the extreme.
