Lol, real as in it wasn't really rehearsed or coordinated with stunt people, no padding, etc as he says in the video. For 16 years old they did pretty good making it look authentic.

Not sure about Mario and Lark, but Mark-Paul dated all three and said along the lines that Elizabeth and Tiffani were not serious, and that he dated Lark for the majority of the show and was in love with her. Something must've happened because he has never been the same after they broke up. Pretty much. In their old E! True Hollywood Story, the producers and them said they they all dated each other and swapped pairings. I'm not sure about Mario & Lark, but they said it would be written into the show whoever were dating - so that's how you got the Slater/Kelly, and Zack/Jessie eps. But Mark & Lark's relationship lasted for a couple of years.
