:russ: I bet you think you sound deep huh....we've got millions of black people living in squalor, just in detroit, memphis and chicago alone

yet I'm suppose to "stay on code" and fall to my knees with snot and tears streaming down my face because some black multi-millionaires gave their daughter a mcdonalds.

some of you dudes really are wasting perfectly good oxygen that our dogs could be using...rethink your existence tonight while you fall sleep fam. seriously.

nah man you acting like she delivering some holy grail gospel which it isn't, don't make shyt bigger than what it is, she is saying nothing. she shytts on everybody doing something (obama, claude anderson etc).

cacs aint doing shyt for us but she is quiet and says nothing to them, continue to deceive yourself.

Honestly,

Yvette is a Debbie Downer. And Tone is even worse. Tone is a angry little fat man.

Not watching this one. But, yeah, that's like someone saying they own mad rentals -- knowing their parents do and helped them up their game to commercial properties by buying them a commercial property.

It wasn't a rags to riches story.

That means she ain't like the rest of us...

The whole point is...

She was presented as a hardworking young lady that worked her way up to owning a McDonalds...

She was given a McDonalds...

There's a difference...

it was a feel good fluff story that was not going to change anything, we don't care, it's like screaming "black girls rock" or something. it's just something to be happy about amidst all the chaos we witness every second of the day in this horrible era.

you're missing my whole point but I'm beginning to realize that we're just operating on two different education/intellectual levels

just know this: cape for this woman and other black elite all you like, but they ain't thinking about your or my ass.

the most we can do is apply for a job at one of their mcdonalds in their eyes, we AIN'T about to get in on their millions unless we marry into the family.

how you feel that this is good for all of DOS/black america is beyond me...but enjoy that world you live in:pachaha:

Irami is a little bit better...he ain't gonna make you feel like you been robbed..

Yvette and Tone are the 2 Horsemen of the Negropacalypse...

They tryna prepare you for doom and what you need to do as a collective with your people...

Ain't nothing good is gonna be said...

Yvette even said you shouldn't even feel bad...she was like...relax...it's your life...:mjlol:

Idk...I ain't easily influenced by people like that...

Like old southern grandmas that hit the bottle and smoke milds say...

All I gotta do is stay Black and die...

so what who cares what you or yvette think, it aint changing nothing because you or her aint making no moves. the celebs you stan for don't care about you either. stop acting like you are so intellectual which you are not, you live in a fantasy world just making up stuff to feel good about nothing. :mjlol:

Why should you be happy that a 28 year old was given a McDonalds?

And no it wasn't presented that way...it was presented like..."Oh...you can have a McDonald's too...at 28..."

I stopped here. you don't care what yvette or I think yet you're here? like I said, whoever that is on the other end of this name - rethink some things in your life fam. seriously.

no dude you rethink shyt in your life, you just make shyt up in your head or speak like you are talking to someone in kindergarten. stop it dude, you or yvette aint making no moves out here, so stop talking shyt about people actually doing something, clowns like yvette always hate because y'all have done nothing so far.

if she actually makes any moves for reparations, i will definitely support and be part of it but all this shyt talking and doing nothing yr after yr is GARBAGE.

As I've continued to say I stopped messing with her as soon as she started talking shyt about Claude Anderson...After that I knew all she wanted was attention.....

if she actually made any real moves out here i will definitely support the cause. but she doesn't do anything but talk shyt about others making moves and you got some dummies on here trying to deceive the public with nonsense semantics and make belief in their head that mean nothing in the long run SMH.

Black Americans on the whole do lack generational wealth. This woman's family represents less than 1% of AAs.

So we can't acknowledge black wealth at all??? :what: I don't understand how this story was a problem. Even with this BS 'they made it seem like she started from scratch' argument. The bottom line is a 28 year old black woman owns a McDonald's.

Does that mean everyone can??? No, but who's really saying that?

Does it mean we're all rich??? Again, no, but why would we even jump there?

Could it serve as an inspiration for the dropout flipling burgers who sees their life at a dead end, to move up into management and beyond???-- Not in Yvette's world! :damn:

Could it give low income families pause to consider what they can do to ensure their children think like business owners amd have SOMETHING of their own. Even if it's not a McDonald's???-- How you gon give your kids self esteem when you. Broke?! :damn:

If you was 5'10 and 22 and only played basketball for 3 years...

And I told you...

You can be the best basketball player in the world...

How does that help you...

And Yvette was talking about how the article presented the daughter as someone who worked hard for a McDonalds...when her parents gave her one...she have to do shyt for it but born...

I don't know how the fukk that gonna inspire a burger flipper...

And we should want what is best for the collective and not care about the literally...less than one percent who has like the bottom 15 percent of the White wealth...
