As far as the rap stuff? Jax has a burgeoning drill scene that resembles Chicago a lot. For whatever reason the 2000ish babies generation in Jax fell in love with Chicago drill scene. Like Chicago, the rap scene in Jax is directly related to the gang violence in the city and they do a lot of vile, super-disrespectful disses to dead opps.
