Knicks been punching above their weight class with these late round picks the last few years. These boys tuff

if this level of play holds up they’ve done well for 4 straight years

2018: Mitch
2019: RJ
2020: IQ and Obi
2021: Grimes and McBride

6 guys on their rookie contract that look like NBA players. A few different regimes but it’s a good look. If Knox or Sims gets their shyt together this is a great run.

kemba Rose Fournier obviously will be playing major minutes and handling the ball on the court at the same time a lot

I think Quickley might emerge as more valuable than Rj this year. He just seems very hungry will earn minutes

so where does that leave RJ? playing exclusively SF?

Either way that leaves Grimes and McBride fighting for minutes and I don’t think the bench is big enough for the 2 of them AND RJ

McBride getting that backup PG. IQ will play backup to Fournier and Grimes will play back up to RJ and Burks, occasionally switching to the 2 guard role I think.
