I don't disagree. But Johnson (along with Kai Jones) would be the type of upside play that I wouldn't mind behind a logjam anyway. Cooper would just be fun to watch with Obi and Sims. I'm not sure how good he can get with his limitations, but he's as good as advertised at playmaking.

Obi looks nice, he just isn’t a 3 or a 5 and Randle is at the 4. I think they will see if he can play SF and will lessen Randle’s minutes. Obi is complete trash as a center though. Even still Obi looks like he should get around 20 minutes a game minimum.
The only issue is Toppin can’t defend like a Wing but offensively he could do it all.
