And P did leave California. P moved his entire family from Richmond back to the N.O.
P stopped fukkin with the Bay when No Limit really started blowin up. The only Bay Area artist P had on the label was Steady Mobbin from Oakland and they put out 2 albums (but they dropped them in 98)

West Coast Bad Boys 2 was basically the last time P fucced with the bay. And many people complained about not gettin paid for givin songs to be on that compilation. So there is a lot of bad blood towards P from nyggaz in that Bay. P left a lot of Bay cats behind that helped him build No Limit.

Yuks beef with Short was legitimate and Short deserved to get dissed. But that's another wstory. I'm glad Yuk never held his tounge and snapped on nyggaz when he had an issue

master p never copied 2pac's image or voice. and the 2pac influence or biting of his delivery & concepts was long gone from P's music by that point.

master p never left cali. he had cribs in cali & N.O. where you think romeo played high school ball at? demarr derozan was living in p's crib at one point. he didn't want any REAL beef with P. likes not act like he did.

that's Steady Mobb'n what about Big Ed? he was down with NL from the start. Sons Of Funk? Lil Italy? released an album on NL.
