Z-Bo is the last person that should be giving Ja advice as he was doing grimey shyt himself, but was being shielded by being in Memphis and I say that as someone who lives in the area. People forget how quick Z-Bo got into trouble after traded from Memphis when he was more than likely doing the exact same thing here the entire time.

Even Ja has been benefitting from the local media covering for him as they barely even acknowledging the Pacers story and made no mention of the Finishline situation until it made national story. He should have gotten investigation for that Pacers situation but he didn't because of where it took place.

From what I heard from other athletes in interviews over the years is if you're signed to say Nike, you get a catalog to order whatever you want. Maybe that changed over the years but seems like she could've avoided that by having him order what she wanted

I don't know if endorsement deals still work like this, but my cousin was a pro runner with an adidas deal. He could get anything he wanted, but adidas had his sizes documented and he couldn't order anything that wasn't his size. He wasn't big time like that so big franchise players probably have theirs set up different
