After all the shyt the league did to change their image to PG, this shyt is way to off brand for a modern NBA star.

Does he have a binge drinking problem? I mean all of this is “take a media training class” but rehab is well for a substance or mental problem. Is he poppin bottle and wilding out? shyt doesn’t quite add up to him just being a studio gangster.

There was a video of him knocking back a whole bottle of tequila a couple pages back, so Your Mileage May Vary on him having a substance issue. But breh honestly just needs to chill for a little while. His name is too hot out here atm.

If he is binge drinking it explains the reckless behavior and he is still young enough he can recover for games. Eventually though you turn into Ty Lawson. Better to nip that shyt now, so he can have a productive career.

He's acting a fool, drinking straight from the bottle, and Tee Morant plus other family members are sitting right there smiling for the camera :hhh:

Maybe he does have a substance abuse problem but liquor isn't the reason for his behavior. Rehab is to drum up sympathy so NBA let's him go away without the embarrassment of a suspension. I'd still suspend him to send a message

Good shyt. His actions hitting him hard in the pockets should be enough incentive to throw that NBA Youngboy shyt in the bushes.

Hopefully, he dissociates himself from his gang of enablers and his parents who are more irresponsible than he is.

I don’t agree with writers determining player’s salaries. He was acting like an idiot, but it shouldn’t cost him $40 million. Ja is clearly All-NBA this season even with missing a month, and now they’re going to be forced to put Kyrie (another player they hate) as All-NBA, although he should be anyway.

It’s too many players in the league putting up numbers, so every game played matters.

Guard wise, there are not 6 players who have had a better season than Ja Morant.

Locks
Donovan Mitchell
Luka
Lillard

In the mix
Shai
Fox
Kyrie
Steph
Jaylen Brown
Booker

They will definitely pick Shai and Fox over him, which is understandable, but for the last spot, was Jaylen Brown better than him all season? Before all of these incidents, I don’t think anyone would’ve had Jaylen Brown over Ja. Same with Devin Booker (due to missed games).

Steph has missed time due to injuries and Kyrie has had his issues so I doubt he would even be considered.
