I say that is his palm, not fingers.

This picture is from the second fight as I the picture I want to use is on my PC. Here you see Tyson’s closed fist, knuckles and palm show his skin, then goes down to more wraps over his wrists

In the picture quoted before, you see flesh then wraps, which indicates it’s the flesh of his palm, then the wraps on the wrist:

If those were his knuckles, you would have seen his skin of his knuckles and then his bare palm and then the wraps on this wrist. Close your first and do the exact thing now. You’ll see your fingers dig into your palm and you should see your palm. Instead you see the whites of the wraps over his wrists

Additionally, you can see his fingers pulling the top of the glove where the green part is being pulled down by his fingers, hence the point being formed
