Just the internet in general was way more wild back then.

Could download whole albums with one Google search by adding album name +.zip

Whole websites for movies albums game ISOS emulators etc. Legit looking webstes too.

I think Emuparadise was my place back then.

Even on forums like SOHH. Didn't have to "pass the mustard" for shyt. We just laid it out in the table and who ever wanted to eat, ate :ahh: OG mega upload and zipshare held us down.

I was a broke college kid too so all that shyt was great.

The 718
Youtube was perfect before the copyright laws started pressuring them.
To be fair that was a thing from the very beginning. They were just slower to get to it. I remember back in early '06 a few wrestling videos and AMVs I'd been eating off of for months got deleted for copyright shyt :mjcry: First exposure to it, so from that point on I figured any full videos of matches, movies, or TV were on borrowed time. Hence why I started using Dailymotion more since they were chill. And when I stumbled on the NSFW section it was a wrap for a while.

I remember SOHH and another hip-hop site had a subforum dedicated solely to downloads. The other hip-hop site used to have ALL the porno drops but you had to register and like the threads to unlock them :mjlol:

Ahh yes. The days when you could download whole albums on blogs like the Smoking Section. Software & passwords on warez sites :blessed:. Or watch beheading vids on ogrish (liveleak) :whoa:

Breh. You knew what time it was whenever you hit TSS, and saw the leaky faucet posted up. :wow:

There'll never be another time like it.

The best day of these guys lives, but not for us:beli:

The earliest YouTube video I could remember was some red neck CACs recreating the “Still Tippin’” music vídeo right down to every detail. That’s when I knew it was gonna he pure fukkery.

  1. Before ads.
  2. Before 480p.
  3. Before regulations.
:wow:

found the video:

:dwillhuh:

On top of them all saying nikka multiple times......

.....how the fukk could they all be so offbeat when they're literally just repeating shyt they've already heard!? It's almost to the point where I feel like I'm about to be mad at a special needs person having special needs.

they had to sell youtube or die from copyright lawsuits
google gave them an out and paid people to upload original content
a channel that uploaded old school hip hop videos in high quality got deleted when vevo came on the scene
nikkas who use to curse switched up their content to be ad friendly
it went from uploading for fun to uploading for profit
the people who built youtube on other nikkas videos got ran off
nikkas started to put intros like they're a tv show
nikkas started to use high end cameras
now they're running off 'controversial' content creators who built it from 2010 - 2020 and pushing msm channels
youtube is the new cable with ads and tv channels
you brought millions of views to youtube for your prank videos, now they have the subscribers they demonetized your video
they push down your video if you use profanity or talk about china flu
they started to push identity politics

Don't understand the minstrel laughing. He's 100% right. It's down right embarrassing that all the races aren't tired of their destructive antics. Still trying to be in their good graces. :scust:
