What is a kid friendly video? A kid can watch literally any video on YouTube. so they can basically just arbitrarily destroy any channel they want now? Whats the point of being on there then?

yeah they just gonna use this to target channels that they don't agree with politically or otherwise.
there is already a youtube kids app as well but somehow the creators have to be responsible for what parents allow their children to watch.
