They aren't saying anything nearly as destructive or anything that leads to stochastic violence or domestic terrorism like the majority of white nationalists and white supremacists on social media and the internet in general.

We've been wanting social media and content hosting sites to get rid of all of them motherfukkers...but instead they've recommended their videos to others withe their algorithms and given them a platform! They've verified their accounts instead of suspending them!
It's only when people get hurt or killed that these companies who pose as some diplomatic entity that they finally take action...when they should not of even given them a platform to begin with.
I'm personally happy they are getting rid of extreme content...but with these vague guidelines for what they deem as such you know this will be manipulated by the powers that be to eventually squash anything...any speech...any image...anything that goes against the current status quo.
BTW I commend people for keeping the conversation civil. Perhaps I should of clarified this more explicitly earlier on. My apologies.
Who knows, but politics is in everything, you give a small group of people the power to control public discourse in favor of whatever their interests are, history shows this has never ended well.
Usually it results in oppression of thought and political hegemony. It is a tactic used in every dictatorship throughout history, probably the most important one too. Facebook, Twitter and Google are a threat to democracy in every country in the long run. People think that they are in a democracy because they are able to vote but it doesn't work like that.

I'm not one of those to entertain absolutes but its faulty to assume that any criticism of liberals or liberalism is akin to supporting the GOP Deathkkult or being Republican. It's a dismissive mode of debate.
You can't deny that the tech industry is VERY liberal, just like the media, and a rejection of liberalism by "the silent majority" is what has led us to this current moment in time.
I personally would just like to see people on the coli grow from just calling people "Russian bots" or "nazis" or "incels" or "white" or "Trump supporter" simply because they present a viewpoint that you don't personally like.

Part of the reason we're in this mess is because we've trusted liberals too much with having our best interests in mind. Most of these tech companies are extremely liberal...yet they're spurring gentrification in places like SF and NYC and allowing extremist views to grow and fester on their sites. Some people do not need a platform even though I am widely against censorship. The problem is these tech companies have been way too sympathetic towards white supremacists, racists, and hate speech for me to accept their words as truly genuine or for face value.

I'm all for banning white supremacist and stuff but you just know eventually they'll come for black YouTube channels or other so-called black identity extremists like Farrakhan, Tariq, Professor Black Truth, Boyce Watkins, MrSuperboy, The Black Authority, Yvette, etc. I know most of the coli dislikes those I just listed but you know it's coming.
