Surprised this article was run. Major labels inflate youtube views, and some "indie" artists do the same. Unless you really believe Kevin Gates is more popular than J Cole or Kendrick, it should be obvious this is bullshyt.

The 50 Cent numbers are especially fake. Yes he gets a lot of international views/clicks but not enough to nearly surpass NICKI MINAJ. Come on.

I used to work at Interscope.

Who is spending money to buy views on 13 year old tracks? You sound dumb right now :mjlol:

I know people buy fake views but seriously dude?

new york has 4 times more people than atlanta

That would make sense if the NY views for Future (22.20 million) were on par with the rest of the list....but they aren't. Future has double the NY views of everyone on this list outside of Drake, and he still has almost 5 million more views than Drake in NY:sas1:

Future? 22.20 million views in NY alone

Drake? 17.56 million views in NY alone

Fetty Wap? 11 million views in NY alone

Eminem? 9.39 million views in NY alone

Young Thug? 8.5 million views in NY alone

Kevin Gates? 6.8 million views in NY alone

Wiz Khalifa? 6.54 million views in NY alone

Nicki Minaj? 6.26 million views in NY alone

G-Eazy? 5.36 million views in NY alone

50 Cent? 3.89 million views in NY alone

Iggy Azalea? 2.12 million views in NY alone

:sas2:

Also, Eminem, Wiz, Gates, Iggy, and 50....they don't even have NY as the location that views them the most:sas1:

Wouldn't it make sense for the location who has "4 times more people than Atlanta" to be #1 on everyone's list being that they have 22 million views of Future and is first on his?:jbhmm:

Or what about this...Young Thug has 8.51 million views in NY alone, and 5.37 million views in Atlanta:mjpls:

If NY has 4 times more people than Atlanta, then why are Young Thug's numbers between his NY and Atlanta views so close in comparison to the wide gap of Future's NY and Atlanta views?:jbhmm:

#FutureHive = New York all along?:ohhh:

:wow:

Brazil have high violence rates, and literally, people in favelas and drug dealers aspire to have the same thug persona 50 cent sold early on in his carreer. I'm from Brazil, and in fact only learned how to speak English listening to his songs...
50 cent might as well be the most loved "thug" worldwide till the day he dies, with more respect and admiration than a guy like jay z gets outside America. Only thing that been letting down his fans is his social media stupidity. Outside of that, dude is a fukking legend out here, cemented alongside eminem

2Pac made it cool to be a thug, without him there wouldn't be a 50 Cent or any other rapper that raps about that mentality. Jay more respected in his hood than some other country, i rather let it be that way instead. :yeshrug:

just stating 50 ain't the first person to rap like a gangsta. Jay & BIG had that mafioso rap on smash back in the early 90's and brought it to the mainstream. but Kool G Rap might be the godfather of mafioso rap.

So? everyone knows that, 50 is just more popular than a lot of other people overseas besides 2Pac & Eminem.
