They’re totally different streaming platforms. Netflix produces/leases Movie and TV content. YouTube is a free platform that caters to any kind of content and it’s free for the viewer

I wouldn't say that but eventually they will lose to Amazon or Apple. Not because either is particularly successful at streaming, they simply have better business models that ensure streaming doesn't bankrupt them. Prime, AWS, iPhone etc ensure those corporations won't be going anywhere soon whereas Netflix relies entirely on their streaming platform.

Like someone else said above YouTube literally has everything. It can be addicting too because of the way they suggest related videos. And there's an endless supply of content.
