THIS IS GOING BE VERY DISRUPTIVE FOR INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE.
i've avoided all instructionals since the dislike button got removed. before, if someone was giving dumb or dangerous "advice," the downvotes would be a crowdsourced retard check. now, anyone can run their mouth about shyt they have no idea about, turn the comments off, and an uninitiated viewer would have no way of knowing better.THIS IS GOING BE VERY DISRUPTIVE FOR INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE.
YouTube should've never been allowed to be bought by Google in the first place. Many of these tools of the information age should be in the hands of government and be protected without data being collected. That should be a basic right in any civilized society. Putting ads on these anywhere and collecting data from them is a type of creepy that Stalin and Hitler would never have even dreamed of. And people have just silently accepted it and pretend that it's normal. It's not. They can only do this because they basically have a monopoly. These companies have been allowed to get too big to the point where they're doing shyt like this. I recommend that everyone pays close attention to what is currently happening to google in court.

I was thinking about doing this as I also watch hella YouTube. I always skip the ad for it tho. I don't want it to become one of those charges I end up forgetting aboutI've been using premium for a few years now and it's a much better experience. Yeah I could do the whole different browser and ad block or whatever but it's inconvenient when trying to watch YouTube on my TV and on my PS4 or PS5. Plus I set my VPN to a foreign country so I'm only paying like $5 a month.
I watch a lot of youtube when I'm working at night so it's worth it.
