Nah I was wrong. This show was piff. The trailer just gave me All American vibes. But I enjoyed this better
I loved season 1. Hopefully, season 2 had a bigger budget so that they don't have to try to pretend that country-ass Hopewell, VA is the DMV again.
A small budget won't stop me from watching, though!

Really enjoyed the last episode, they managed to do one of those old school “a very special episode” without being too preachy or corny. Every prison got at least a few dudes who were on the road to college or stardom and one mistake cost them. This season has been good, very underrated show
Wasn't expecting this show to be as heavy as it is. Can't binge this, I have to watch a couple of episodes then take a break.
