In the spirit of the thread, I'll choose TV shows.

Because, TV shows are much better at "wasting" a day with...because you can watch episode after episode after episode to kill time. When I'm done watching most movies, I'm good for at least a couple hours...need time for the shyt to settle in. Movies rarely end in cliffhangers or are designed to lead into the next movie/installment. TV shows are GREAT at this.

So with that said, TV.

Got to think about it..if you had a harddrive with endless space and you can punch up any movie by searching, that's what you go with. You can't turn your back on movies...you would never see Kate Beckinsale or other fun actresses in anything slimy or thought invoking or lascivious ever again. I find that unacceptable. Never seeing another De Niro movie either? Nah...can't do that.
