I think Vickie has been good but it's kind of gotten stale with her lately. Regal was good and I think they should go back to him as a heel commissioner on Smackdown. Then maybe they get Mick Foley or Ric Flair as the face commish on Raw. They seem to want to switch to the commissioners up every 6 months anyway. But as far as best I gotta go with Bischoff John L or Regal.
