I find astrology to be more valuable than numerology, but astrology takes a lot of time to study, and in all honesty one should only look at strong aspects and the houses they take place in and their sun, moon, and rising signs IMO. Also, they should look at Jupiter and which sign it's in for the year to take advantage of that good energy.
