The only ones I'd say he truly negatively impacted were Debbie, Lip and Sammie. Debbie had abandonment issues and Lip was becoming Frank. Everyone else never had a chance. They never were gonna be shyt, except for Liam... maybe. Ian's problems came from Monica, Carl suffered from bad writing and Fiona just wasn't smart.
