Rod's dumbass failures to mention the Grizzlies took MORE three-point shots than the Warriors (shooting 43% from behind the arc on 15-35), and it was one of the main reasons why they won. But he wants to highlight two midrange buckets to layer a tired agenda when Ja was allowed to get to his spots because he was allowed to go 1v1. Steph didn't have the luxury to get to his spots inside the arc because he was defended by multiple guys, and none of his teammates showed a willingness or even had the capability to create their own shot.
The irony is, the Grizzlies first THREE field goal makes in OT were all from behind the arc, where they went 3-3. bu-bu-but midrange!

You missed the part where I just posted Ja was allowed to go 1v1 in those situations, and Steph had multiple defenders on him on every possession. Ja could get to his spots, and Steph couldn't.
Besides, that's all besides the point, the Grizzlies' 3-pt shooting had infinitely more impact on them winning than TWO midrange jumpers did. Only nxggas with an agenda would overemphasize those two shots. Imagine if the Grizzlies scored the majority of their points from midrange jumpers, and scored TWO three-pointers right at the end of the game, and someone came along and tried to bring up 3-pt shooting as the reason for why they won.
