What if they make a stipulation you'll only get the milly after the one year. During the year you'll get only 18 a hour?

I'm the boss.

Work starts at 7am sharp. Not 07:02, not 07:08, not 07:12.

First break is at 09:00. It's 15 minutes. If you are on a call or meeting with a client and your call or meeting ends at 9:05, you have 10 minutes to break and return to duty.

Failure to report back to duty from break falls along the same order as attendance policy. It's the same as coming to work late. Not 09:16 not 09:19, not 09:23.

Lunch is 30 minutes from 11:30 to noon. Not 12:02 not 12:05, not 12:10. Failure to report back to duty in time will fall under the attendance policy.

Third and final break is 14:00 to 14:15.

The computers will have a password protected screen lock. Any inactivity after 6 will require an unlock from a manager which will need to be explained and justified. Multiple instances of electronic inactivity will result in corrective action and possibly termination.

No use of personal electronic devices will be permitted during active hours. At no time will company property be utilized for non company related activity (phone, computer, internet, email).
